Handle Connection Errors

You may see error messages when a technical problem occurs that prevents the system from recording your training progress.

Technical problems that could cause this error message include but are not limited to Internet connection failures, server application errors and expired sessions.

  • Click OK on this window to check if the error has been corrected. If the system doesn't encounter any more errors, it resumes training.
  • Click Cancel on this window to stop the presentation. You are prompted to exit the training. The Server Communication Failure screen displays.
    Note: To identify the issue that caused the connection failure, do not close this screen. Stay on the Server Communication Failure screen, and contact Customer Support.
